Discovery Lab’s “Parlor” Calendar

Drop-in Meetings or Studying? “The Parlor” is available to approved Discovery Lab users on a drop-in basis when there is no other program scheduled.  

Looking to Host a Workshop, CURE, or other type of Program? Complete our interest form and we will reply no later than two to three business days. We will do our best to accommodate your program.  

Interested in hosting your team for a meeting or another type of special event in “The Parlor”. The Special Event request form can be used to request the Parlor. Requests should be submitted at least 10 business days before your scheduled event. Check the calendar above to make sure “The Parlor” is available for your planned date.  

NOTE: During the academic semester, events in common areas of the USLB (i.e. the First Floor Atrium) are only permitted on Friday evenings and weekends. Those interest in using common areas of the USLB for their event should email the USLB Building Manager.

Parlor Usage Policy 

Discovery Lab users are responsible for leaving the space used in good condition. This includes tables and chairs being reset, no spills or damage, waste being properly disposed of.
